I’ve been involved with horses for almost 9 years. Pine Rock is where I got my start, beginning with lessons, leasing a horse and then purchasing the horse I leased.

The owner’s of Pine Rock are very friendly, honest people. The location of the barn is great (so close to the city…which really saves on gas usage and time!), and the care is wonderful. It’s nice to be at a barn where you don’t feel like you and your horse are just a number.

Pine Rock is a very social place. Everyone is really friendly, and willing to help. And everyone is really responsible too. If there is a long chunk of time where I can’t get out to the barn on account of work and family commitments, I don’t worry. I know I can trust my horse is getting cared for!

I have been at Pine Rock Stables for about two years now.  I had purchased a Hanoverian yearling a year ago.  I chose Pam to train her.  What an excellent job she has done.  Two blue ribbons later, my mare is green broke undersaddle and is coming along nicely.  Pam has a quiet, sensible technique that is extremely positive for the horse.  Pam is always ready for questions and never hesitates to help!

The boarders at Pine Rock are friendly and always willing to help another out.  Great family atmosphere, and walking distance to go on an occasional trail ride!  I wouldn't trust just anyone to take care of my horse and Pine Rock Stables has never let me down!
